Official 417 Refund Policy
We understand plans change, but we have set some expectations to respect our players and teams as we prepare for the season.
Change of Heart (Before January 1st): If informed before January 1st, a full refund minus deposit will be issued.
Change of Heart (Before March 1st): If informed before March 1st, a 50% refund minus deposit will be issued.
Change of Heart (After March 1st): If informed after March 1st, no refund will be issued.
Injury: If a refund is requested as a result of injury, the refund will be dependent on time table of the injury and recovery time.
Leave for Another Team: Any player leaving for another team will not be issued a refund.
